Awwww it's so cute! My mom used to put about 1/2 inch room temp water in the kitchen sink and her bird would play in it as long as you would let it.

it's incredible.. today i let it out of the cage for 1st time.. sometimes i flies around, but most of the day it's sitting on my shoulder or sometimes on my head. Never knew it was this easy to tame a bird

You're suppose to cover up the cage every night, don't know if you are doing it, but it makes a huge difference. They are spooked easily and they need the peace and security. Makes them happier.

It's pretty dark in my appartment at night, but it might be a good idea since i am often up at night.

Dude, I had one just like it back in Austria.. fortunately and amazingly it's still alive! It's very old too.. with a broken wing. Then I had one just like that but it was blue when I moved to NYC. Love birds..
